To trade fully automated, it is strongly recommended to use a trading VPS server. By using a VPS server, you ultimately save money and place the responsibility with a party that has expertise in this area. What is a VPS server
A VPS server is essentially a virtual computer for you. This computer runs on the server or a provider where you can rent your virtual computer. From je eigen PC bij jou thuis or waar dan ook kun je toegang krijgen tot je virtuele computer.
Het is eigenlijk een computer zonder scherm, het besturingsysteem draait op een server van de partij waar jij het huurt. Met bijvoorbeeld de ‘remote desktop’ app van windows kun jij vanaf je eigen Pc de virtuele PC real-time bedienen. Zie het een beetje als een PC bedienen met teamviewer.
Why use a forex VPS?
Zeker als jij automatisch wilt gaan traden, door middel van een trading robot, forex EA or automatic trading applicatie, is een VPS server onmisbaar. Als je automatisch trade is het noodzakelijk dat metatrader met de trading robot altijd aanstaat. Dit kun je op je eigen PC or laptop ook maar dan kun je deze dus nooit uitschakelen.

Sometimes they even have backups running on other continents so that if something happens at location A, location B can take over and you remain online.
Multiple Metatrader 4 accounts
If you only trade with a trading bot and therefore only algo trade, you may want to run multiple accounts simultaneously. I personally run 3 Metatrader 4 accounts on my VPS at the same time. This way I can optimally run 3 different settings completely independently from each other. Should there be an error in the settings or one or the accounts gets blown up, I still have the other two running.
