Order and Payment Information: When you purchase a product (like a Bot Builder Token), we process your name, email address, purchase history, and token details. Payment information like credit card numbers isn't stored by us—it's handled by our payment provider.
Usage Data: When you use our tools (Trading Strategy Maker, Trading Plan Maker, Trading Bot Builder), we save the strategies, plans, and generated bot code you create in your account.
Technical Data: During each visit, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
3. How Do We Use Your Data?
- Create and manage your account
- Deliver products and services (tokens, bot generation)
- Process payments
- Provide customer support
- Prevent fraud and abuse (license validation)
- Improve the website
We only send newsletters or marketing messages if you've explicitly given us permission to do so.
4. Who Do We Share Your Data With?
We never sell your data. We only share information with:
- SureCart — payment processing and license management
- Stripe / Mollie — payment provider (through SureCart)
- Anthropic (Claude API) — for generating bot code based on your strategy parameters (no personal data)
- Hosting provider — for website and database hosting
- Government authorities — only when legally required
5. Retention Periods
- Account data: as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after deletion
- Order data: 7 years (legal retention requirement)
- Strategies, plans, bots: as long as your account is active
- Log files: maximum 90 days
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and transfer your data, as well as the right to object or withdraw consent. Contact us at info@startenmettraden.nl to exercise these rights. We'll respond within 30 days.
You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We protect your data with SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted password storage, restricted access, and regular security updates.
8. Data Processing Outside the EU
Some service providers (like Anthropic) are located outside the EU. We ensure appropriate safeguards in compliance with GDPR.
